What advice is the Welsh Government providing to local authorities to ensure suitable transparency following the payment of historic coronavirus non-domestic rate business support grants?

We continue to work closely with Local Authorities in order to provide vital support to business and their employees through Covid.
In the interests of transparency, Welsh Government has already published data in respect of the first three rounds of ERF support and will publish information on NDR based grants, in conjunction with local authorities, in the Summer, once scheme delivery has concluded.
