Will the Minister confirm when the Welsh Government intends to replace the wooden fencing between the M4 and Rhodfa Fadog?

A renewal of the existing highway boundary fence between Rhodfa Fadog and the motorway will be considered as part of a major asset renewal scheme, between junctions 45-46 of the M4. This scheme will commence during the 2022-23 financial year.
