Will the First Minister list the new powers that the Welsh Government wants to be devolved from Westminster to Wales during the term of the sixth Senedd?

In our 2019 publication “Reforming our Union”, we set out our position that the powers of the devolved institutions should be founded on a coherent set of responsibilities allocated in accordance with the subsidiarity principle. This means that legislative and governmental responsibilities should be allocated to the most local level at which they can be performed efficiently and effectively.
We will shortly be publishing an updated version of that document.
