What consideration has the Welsh Government given to revising coronavirus regulations to enable customers to queue at outdoor bars in beer gardens?

We continue to keep the Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions) (No. 5) (Wales) Regulations 2020 and hospitality guidance under regular review.   Currently, in premises authorised to sell or supply alcohol (licensed premises) only, there must be controlled entry in respect of the sale or supply of food or drink for consumption indoors and outdoors. The guidance states that a queueing system that allows for 2m distancing must be in place and there must be signage at the entry point to advise of the face covering and distancing requirements.
