Is the Welsh Government intending to create a Welsh-based procurement policy for tree planting during this Senedd term?

The Welsh Government is committed to increasing tree planting in Wales as part of our plan to tackle the climate emergency. New Ministers have only been in place a short amount of time and it is too early to set out definitive plans, but I am happy to consider any suggestions for increasing tree planting rates
