With further flooding taking place in the Rhondda earlier this month, will the Welsh Government instigate an urgent and independent inquiry into the flooding of 2020 and 2021 in Rhondda Cynon Taf, Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan so that lessons can be learnt and to mitigate the risk of flooding?
