Will the Minister release the due diligence on grants issued by the Welsh Government to Liberty Steel, referred on Politics Wales 16 May 2021?

It is not possible to release this information as it contains commercially sensitive material. However, I can say that two levels of due diligence checks were undertaken on both companies in line with industry best practice, as is the case in assessing all large company applications for Economic Resilience Funding.
