Will the First Minister confirm when restrictions will be eased to allow outdoor receptions, including wedding receptions to take place, such as is being indicated in England from 17 May 2021?

Outdoor wedding receptions are permitted at Alert Level 1 to 3 as set out in the Coronavirus Control Plan. Outdoor receptions have been possible since April.
What changes at each level is the number of people permitted to attend. On the 17th May we entered Alert Level 2 and this allows 50 people (Children under 11 need not be included in this figure)
