Will the First Minister provide a list of all properties owned or rented by the Welsh Government in the UK, including the cost of purchase and rental costs, as well as any refurbishment costs incurred since 2016?

Welsh Government holds multiple property assets primarily managed by the departments listed below: 

Administrative Estate

Economy - Property

Land Division

Transport

Cadw

Agriculture.

Property assets held by the Welsh Government are registered with HM Land Registry in the name of Welsh Ministers and as such is in the public domain.  HM Land Registry has made available, for free, data on land or property in England and Wales where the registered legal owner is a UK company or corporate body.
