Will the Minister state how many complaints from tenants have been received about works funded through the Welsh Government’s Arbed and Nest schemes, and how many of these have been rectified?

Since its launch in 2011, 24 complaints from tenants have been recorded in relation to the Warm Homes Programme Nest Scheme. All have been resolved. In relation to the Warm Homes Programme area based Arbed Scheme, complaints by tenure have been recorded only following the award of contract for Arbed 3 in May 2018. Four complaints from tenants in the private rented sector have been recorded. All have been resolved.
