What consideration has the Welsh Government given to awarding the third sector with grants that are longer than a year to improve the sector's sustainability?

The Third Sector Partnership Council’s Sub-group on Funding and Compliance has already started looking at this issue and it forms part of its action plan. The matter will need to be investigated carefully with the involvement of both internal and external stakeholders.
