Will the Minister outline the Welsh Government's position on vaccine passports?

We have no plans to introduce vaccine passports at this stage.
Decisions about whether vaccine passports should be introduced must be taken on a four-nations basis for the UK and all the ethical and practical issues must be properly considered.
This matter is being discussed by the First Minister in his regular meetings with Michael Gove, who is the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster in the UK Government, and the First Ministers of Scotland and Northern Ireland.
