Will the Minister explain why the Welsh Government has not responded to the 45 recommendations made by the Wales land management forum sub-group on agricultural pollution in April 2018?
I wrote to the Chair of the Wales Land Management Forum sub-group in June 2018 acknowledging and welcoming the ‘Tackling Agricultural Pollution’ report produced by the group. The work of the sub-group on agricultural pollution, including the ‘Tackling Agricultural Pollution’ report and recommendations, has been important in informing my decision on the introduction of regulations. My officials have attended over 40 meetings of the sub-group and we will continue to work positively with the group to ensure the successful introduction of the regulations.
