What assessment has Welsh Government undertaken to understand the impact of the Water Resources (Control of Agricultural Pollution) (Wales) Regulations 2020 on the tenanted sector?

In making my decision to introduce the Water Resources (Control of Agricultural Pollution) (Wales) Regulations 2021 I considered significant evidence including the information put forward by the Tenant Farmers Association. The Welsh Government has also engaged with the Wales Land Management sub group on Agricultural Pollution, for a number of years, of which the TFA is a member.
