What reassurances can the Welsh Government give that the £9.8 million of additional funding to support children with additional learning needs will be used to support deaf learners?

Local authorities and further education institutions will have the flexibility they need to determine how this additional funding is used to best meet the needs of all their learners with ALN adversely impacted by the pandemic, including deaf learners. Uses of the funding may include, but are not limited to, helping clear assessment backlogs, providing enhanced support and additional classes, and extending mental health and wellbeing support for learners with ALN.
