What discussions has the Minister undertaken with the UK Government about the delay in training to assist with the transition to the new specification PAS 2030:2019 / PAS 2035:2019 for energy efficiency installers, with many qualification centres closed due to the present COVID-19 pandemic?

I continue to work with the UK Government on several areas across my portfolio as we continue to manage the impact of COVID-19. I have, however, had no specific discussions with the UK Government regarding delays in training to assist with the transition to PAS2030/2035(2019).
