Will the Minister agree to an independent review of the Rural Development Programme 2014-20, following the disclosure that €3.4m relating to the programme will be repaid to the European Commission?

There are no plans to undertake a further review of the Rural Development Programme 2014-20. Disallowance of this nature for minor non-compliance is usual for member states, and Wales’ record for minimising disallowance is one of the best in Europe.
