Will the Minister confirm when he anticipates the construction phase of the Dyfi Bridge will commence?

We are continuing to progress the development of this scheme and plan to publish draft Statutory Orders and an Environmental Statement in November or December. The timeline for construction will then be considered in light of whether or not a public inquiry is required.
