Will the Welsh Government provide a list of all the Welsh coronavirus regulations which have been introduced under the Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984 and the Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions) (Wales) Regulations 2020?
To help improve accessibility of Welsh law relating to coronavirus, a decision was previously made for all legislation relating to coronavirus made by the Welsh Ministers (either by way of Statutory Instrument (SI) or other form of subordinate legislation) to be published on the gov.wales website on a single page which is kept up to date with all changes. This includes all the regulations made under the Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984, including the Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions) (Wales) Regulations 2020, and sets out both the coronavirus legislation currently in force and the coronavirus legislation that has been revoked.
