What consideration has the First Minister given to introducing a tiered lockdown system similar to that in England?

We are considering what system will need to be in place after the firebreak to support the change in behaviours we need to see over the autumn and winter. I have always supported a four-nation approach wherever possible, and we are looking closely at models from other UK nations as part of this work.
