During the lockdown from Friday 23 October until Monday 9 November 2020, will emergency services from England be able to enter Wales to continue essential training, such as West Midlands Fire Service two day water rescue training in Llangollen, with an overnight stay, or will this be prohibited?

If this training can be postponed for the Firebreak period, then it should be. If it cannot be postponed it would be allowed to go ahead as it is essential for work.
