What action is the Welsh Government taking to protect Kinmel Hall in Conwy from further deterioration?

Conwy County Borough Council is responsible for implementing the legislative measures that are available to support the protection of Kinmel Hall and Cadw is providing impartial advice. I understand that the Council is urging the owner to address the poor condition of the building and is also reviewing the statutory controls that are available to arrest the decline.
