Will the Minister clarify whether she will be amending the Agriculture (Model Clauses for Fixed Equipment) (Wales) Regulations 2019 during the current parliament?

The Welsh Government intends to publish an Agriculture (Wales) White Paper before the end of 2020 which will consider whether further reforms to agricultural legislation are required to support the tenanted sector.
Officials are working with the Tenancy Reform Industry Group (TRIG) as well as other stakeholders to inform this.
