What discussions has the Minister had with UK Ministers on Welsh participation in the Erasmus Plus and Horizon 2020 successor programmes?

I have had frequent discussions with UK Ministers over the last four years to make the case for Wales and the rest of the UK to be able to participate in the successor programmes to Erasmus+ and Horizon 2020. These representations have been made in ministerial quadrilateral meetings, bilateral meetings, and in letters to the UK Government.
Most recently, I reiterated our commitment to continued participation in these important European programmes in ministerial quadrilateral meetings on 24 March and 16 July 2020.
