There are no outstanding appeals relating to pre 2015 schemes. However, the retrospective nature of certain Rural Development Programme penalty rules means there are 10 outstanding Stage 2 appeals, across various scheme years, which include penalties and payment recoveries applied to claims paid prior to 2015.
