In light of Covid-19, will the Minister confirm the Welsh Government's plans for the resumption of further education come September 2020?

Further education institutions in Wales will return to learning from September 2020 onwards. Where appropriate, delivery will follow a blended learning approach, which will integrate face-to-face delivery alongside a digital and remote learning model.
