What guidance has the Welsh Government issued for self-catering businesses, or when will this be issued, following the First Minister's announcement that a decision will be taken on 9 July 2020 about reopening self-contained accommodation, and that this could reopen on 13 July 2020 if it adheres to this guidance?

For completeness, you will of course know by now that the Minister for International Relations and the Welsh Language announced on 2 July that owners of self-contained accommodation can now accept bookings from 11 July to help with the pattern of Saturday-to-Saturday bookings.
