Will the Minister outline whether the Care UK online portal can be used for Welsh asymptomatic care home staff and if he has received any reports of problems accessing the system?
I can confirm the UK online portal can be used for Welsh asymptomatic care home staff. The link is: https://www.gov.uk/apply-coronavirus-test-care-home
In order to register for testing, the care home manager will need to have:
• The care home’s ID
• Total number of residents, including number of residents with coronavirus symptoms
• Total number of staff, including agency staff
• Contact details
• And their Service Unique Reference Number (typically in the format ‘SIN-xxxxx-abcd’)
