Will the Minister state what measures are in place to ensure that the Arts Council of Wales, and the organisations it supports with grant funding, comply with the requirements of the Human Rights Act 1998?

The Arts Council of Wales requires all organisations that it funds to recognise and adhere to all relevant legislation. In addition, it expects all funded organisations to have specific Equalities policies that set out their commitment to fairness, equality and diversity in all aspects of their work.
