In light of the Welsh Government's support for the Urdd, National and Llangollen eisteddfodau, will the Minister confirm what support will be made available to the Royal Welsh Agricultural Society for the events it hosts?
My officials are in regular contact with the Chief Executive of the Royal Welsh Agricultural Society to better understand the implications of the Covid-19 control measures including the cancellation of the Smallholding and Countryside Festival, the Royal Welsh Grassland Event and the Royal Welsh Show, as well as the other events normally held on-site.
The Society is eligible for a number of Government Covid 19 support mechanisms and I am currently considering what if any additional support might be required.
