What effect will the fact that Flybe has gone into administration have on Eastern Airways flights from Anglesey to Cardiff, including those people who have already bought tickets through Flybe?

Answered by Minister for Economy, Transport and North Wales | Answered on 13/03/2020

Flights between Cardiff and Anglesey are not affected by the collapse of Flybe. Eastern Airways is an independent airline whose scheduled services operated in the Flybe brand under a franchise agreement. Eastern Airways is the contracted airline operator for the route, and will continue to operate all their services. They will honour all bookings made through Flybe until Tuesday 10 March to ensure those who had seats booked can travel.
