Will the Minister explain why the Next Generation Access Broadband Open Market Review 2019 has nine properties in LL25 0JQ noted as "white" premises, whilst all twelve premises in the post code are limited to a broadband download speed of between 1 and 3.5 megabits per second?

Nine premises in postcode area LL25 0JQ are noted as ‘white premises’. The remaining three premises appear to be flagged in error by Openreach as able to receive speeds in excess of 30Mbps.
Officials have reported this to Openreach seeking a review of the data relating to these premises. This will clarify the position and allow the status of the premises to be amended if an error is confirmed.
