Will the Minister clarify the purpose of undertaking a review of transport arrangements for post-16 learners and confirm whether the decision to resolve all of the issues identified will not be for the Welsh Government to resolve?

The review is being undertaken because of the concerns raised by Assembly Members, stakeholders and members of the public regarding learner transport, especially transport arrangements for post-16 learners.
Once the review is completed we will be in a position to understand the specific issues, what work needs to be undertaken and by whom.
