Will the Counsel General explain why the level of costs outlined in the answer to WAQ78530 are so high compared to the judicial review and inquest, given that the Bowen inquiry has not yet commenced and that the family have only had one meeting with the investigator?

The expenditure incurred by the Welsh Government associated with the inquest and judicial review relating to the death of Carl Sargeant have been disclosed previously in response to both oral and written assembly questions. The matter was discussed in Plenary on the 21st May 2019 and can be found at WAQ78526, WAQ78527 and WAQ78528.
