Will the Minister state whether the plans to improve junction 19 of the A55/A470 (the Glan Conwy interchange) include an assessment of the potential impact of the proposals on queuing in Glan Conwy village?

Transport modelling has indicated that the scheme options under consideration would improve traffic flows through the A55/A470 Glan Conwy interchange. Queueing along the northbound A470 through Llansanffraid Glan Conwy would be expected to reduce significantly as a result.
