What plans does the Welsh Government have to issue advice to Welsh holidaymakers who will be abroad when the UK is due to leave the EU at 23:00 GMT on 31 October 2019?

The Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) are responsible for providing foreign travel advice to all UK nationals.  They will be launching a campaign on 16 September to raise awareness amongst outbound travellers on the key actions they need to take to prepare for travel post 31 October.  General FCO advice on visiting Europe after Brexit can be found at https://www.gov.uk/visit-europe-brexit.

In addition, the Welsh Government has created the website Paratoi Cymru which sets out advice for citizens, organisations and sectors across Wales about the steps that need to be taken to prepare to leave the EU. The website can be found at https://gov.wales/preparing-wales.
