Visit Wales made an offer of support to Caer Rhun Hall for development of a spa, restaurant and conference facilities. Financial details at the time of the initial application formed part of a body of financial data that was the subject of a financial due diligence review.
Any release of Welsh Government Funding is subject to ongoing monitoring and no money has been released to date in relation to Caer Rhun Hall.
