Will additional funding be provided to Princess of Wales Hospital if expectant mothers are sent to Princess of Wales Hospital from Royal Glamorgan Hospital?

The Princess of Wales hospital is now part of the new Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board following the boundary changes on 1 April 2019. Funding for maternity care is provided within an allocated health board budget for women living within their boundaries. I would therefore expect them to allocate the budget for maternity care according to the needs of their population.
