Will the Minister outline the number of technium buildings that have been sold by the Welsh Government, providing an itemised list for each sale and the money received?
Two of the former Technium centres remain under Welsh Government ownership. The following buildings or relevant leasehold interests have been sold: -

Technium Pembroke and Technium Springboard at Cwmbran have been owned by Pembrokeshire and Torfaen Council respectively since opening. Regarding the Technium Sustainable Technology at Baglan I can confirm that since the WG lease expired, WG has had no residual interest the building. Finally, the WG’s lease of Digital @Sony expired 31 March 2011. (Note: The whole of Sony Technology Centre of which the Technium was a part was subsequently acquired 26 March 2014 by WG).
