What consideration has the Welsh Government made of the conclusions and recommendations contained in the House of Commons Science and Technology Committee report on e-cigarettes and what action, if any, does the Minister intend to take as a result?

The UK Government has committed to a review of the regulatory impact of the EU legislation on e-cigarettes on the back of the recommendations made in the House of Commons Science and Technology Committee report, and we will work together with them on that. We will be reviewing the available evidence on e-cigarettes as the consensus statement on e-cigarettes, which I recently referred to in the Senedd, is developed.
