What representations will the Welsh Government be making to the Williams Rail Review?

Details of our approach were outlined during the Plenary debate on 5 February.
I have held meetings with Keith Williams and we will continue to engage as this review continues. On 10 December 2018, I sent a letter to Keith Williams noting that I intended for my Written Statement of 11 December to form the basis for discussions.
