Will the Minister explain the delay in the publication of the Welsh Government consultation on Environmental Governance and Principles and provide a date for publication?

We have been delivering the largest peace-time legislative programme to ensure EU environmental legislation will function on exit day. We have, also considered the implications of the Withdrawal Agreement on governance gaps as well as any potential UK-wide approach. Our consultation document will be published in the next few weeks.
