Given that the average number of carers in the workplace has increased by 40,000 in Wales, what steps is the Minister taking to support carers in the workplace in south and north Wales separately?

In 2018-19 Welsh Government has provided funding to Carers Wales to establish an Employers for Carers Wales Hub to help organisations in Wales to support staff with caring responsibilities.  The Hub provides practical guidance, expert consultancy and training as well as supporting employers to share best practice.  The Hub exists to provide support to employers in Wales, irrespective of geographical location.  Employers can access details about how to get involved from the bilingual Hub at https://www.employersforcarers.org/about-us/wales-hub
