Following the Welsh Government's open market review for next generation access broadband in 2017, will the Minister list the total number of premises, by constituency, which were identified as "out of scope – under review"?

We do not hold details of premises by constituency. I attach the list of properties in each of the three lots (and by local authority) that were identified as “out of scope - under review in the 2017 Open Market Review.
We expect that a significant proportion of under review premises will now be able to access superfast broadband connections. This can only be verified by a further Open Market Review.
