What discussions has the Welsh Government had with NICE about making Ibudilast available to NHS patients in Wales?

Ibudilast is an experimental treatment. The manufacturer is conducting clinical trials but has not yet sought to market this medicine in the UK. No discussions regarding the availability of ibudilast have taken place with NICE. The only route to access an experimental treatment is through a clinical trial.
