Will the First Minister publish the latest version of the Welsh Government's legislative programme and provide a short report outlining the progress of the programme?
On 17 July 2018 the former First Minister announced the Welsh Government’s legislative programme for the coming Assembly year. The annual debate on the Legislative Programme took place on 9 October 2018. Since that debate the Welsh Government has introduced the Legislation (Wales) Bill on 3 December 2018. The remaining four Bills will be introduced before summer recess. I will announce the programme for 2019-20 in due course.
I continue to keep under review the impact of Brexit on our legislative programme, including the need for Brexit-related Bills. We will continue to be flexible to ensure, as far as possible, the Brexit workload does not limit our legislative ambitions.
