Chapter four of the outline draft budget narrative provides an account of how the additional £50m for social care in 2019-20 will be allocated: £20m will be allocated via the local government revenue support grant; and £30m will be targeted funding for social care via a special grant in line with A Healthier Wales: our Plan for Health and Social Care.
