Further to the response to oral question OAQ52604, will the First Minister confirm that the vote following the public inquiry and the statutory orders on the M4 bypass near Newport will be a binding vote?

We have committed to a debate and vote, in government time, on this project once all members have had the opportunity to consider the Inspectors’ report and the decision on the statutory Orders. This debate and vote will be taken into account in final investment decisions on whether to award construction contracts.
