The details including the role of the Chair of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board was set out in the information pack for the public appointment process. The time commitment is based on a notional minimum of fifteen days per month. However, this will be subject to organisational demands and is often higher than the minimum requirement. I met with the Chair designate earlier this month and he is already undertaking detailed preparatory and planning work before he officially starts in post.
