Will the Cabinet Secretary outline how many interventions the Welsh Government made and how many warning notices it issued regarding the quality of social housing in 2015-16, 2016-17 and 2017-18?

The Welsh Government has not intervened or issued warning notices regarding the quality of social housing. At 31 March 2017, 86% of social housing (192,302 dwellings) were compliant with the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS) (including acceptable fails). All social landlords must improve their housing stock to meet the WHQS by no later then December 2020.
